Time and Materials
- In the model, Customers pay a monthly charge based on the size and composition of the team.
- This model typically works when the requirements get concretized with the progress of the project.
- In this business model, we form project teams with the required team members, project managers, equipment and infrastructure based on project
- This model offers the flexibility to balance team size and project workloads.
Hybrid
- We could also bid for partial phases of a project on a fixed time, fixed price basis and the remaining parts on a time and material basis.
- In such engagements, the Client has complete flexibility in using our services in tasks that match their area of expertise.
Revenue/Risk Share
- Under this business model N-Tier shares the risks involved in developing and marketing a product along with our customers.
- N-Tier can invest and share the development costs and the Intellectual Property (IP) ownership along with sharing the revenue / licensing fees.
- With this risk-reward model for project delivery, we are open to linking our charges for a project with the level of business benefit our Clients realize.
- The risk and reward model is typically used during software product/subsystem development.
Proof of concept
- We are always willing to gain the confidence of our client before even looking at a committed relationship getting established.
